Half Day Pilates Retreat At The Beach Café Littlehampton

Due to the success of our last half day Pilates retreat we are returning with more throughout 2024!

​

The half day retreat will be a rejuvenating morning, combining exercise, relaxation and beautiful scenery!

Sessions including; Pilates, Yoga, Stretch and Barre with the extra fun of getting in the water for a SUP session to finish.

​

All our sessions will be held outside, so bring layers, sunscreen and hats!

Join Beach Fitness from The Beach Café Littlehampton for a half-day retreat at Southcoast Wakeboard Park and discover the perfect blend of exhilaration, relaxation, and natural beauty.

The retreat begins with a sunrise stretch session, where you'll have the opportunity to awaken your body and mind while immersing yourself in the serene coastal atmosphere. Afterward, indulge in a delicious and nutritious breakfast, carefully crafted to provide the fuel you need for the day ahead.

As the sun climbs higher in the sky, it's time to hit the water for an exciting wakeboarding session. Whether you're an intermediate rider looking to perfect your skills or a beginner eager to try this exhilarating water sport, our expert instructors will guide you through the basics and help you progress at your own pace.

Following the wakeboarding session, get ready for a unique twist on traditional Pilates with Paddleboard Pilates. Engage your core, improve your balance, and strengthen your body as you perform a fusion of Yoga & Pilates exercises on a paddleboard floating in the calm waters. This challenging yet rewarding workout will not only enhance your physical fitness but also connect you with nature and the soothing sounds of the ocean.
