PILATES

This is a matwork Pilates class for all abilities. The exercises are performed slowly to encourage good form. Each class will work towards promoting core strength, flexibility, mobility and posture. A Pilates session with The Beach Fitness will leave you feeling taller and stronger. ​​

All abilities are welcome. Kat is a qualified Sports massage Therapist and has historically worked with physiotherapists teaching rehabilitative Pilates.

 

In the summer we exercise on our beautiful roof top terrace with idilic sea view.

During the winter months we use an alternative local venue
